The reasons that you are requested to resubmit your IC, include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Information of IC not shown in its entirety
- Blurry or low image quality
- Digital alterations detected
- Presence of dark shadows or bright reflections
If you receive a request from our support team to resubmit your IC, please do so within 2 working days (by following the instructions provided) to avoid potential further delays to your account verification.
