Kindly perform the basic troubleshooting as per the steps below: 


1) Check if you are using the latest updated version of Airo by following the steps below:


- Login to the Airo app

- Tap on ‘Account'

- Tap on 'Support'

- Tap on 'About'

- If your not using the latest version, please update via the App Store of Play Store


Next, kindly follow the steps below: 


- Close/Force Quit the Airo app from your mobile main screen 

- Login and logout 

- Login again
