Rest assured, your complaint will be treated with the highest priority and our support team will strive to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We do however seek your kind understanding that during peak volumes of support requests, our support team may require additional time to investigate your complaint.


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you may choose to file a complaint directly with: Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (SIDREC) via info@sidrec.com.my or +603 2282 2280. SIDREC was established by Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) as an independent, impartial and affordable dispute resolution avenue with capital market expertise, for investors who are unable to resolve their disputes with a SIDREC member.
