We are so sad to hear that. Upon the death of an Airo account holder, the family will need to inform our customer service via support@airo.my with the following documents:

- Copy of death certificate of the account holder

- Documents to prove/confirm the relationship between the family and the account holder.

- Letter of Administrator (LA) or Grant of Probate
